1. Who We Are

Amanah Vacations ("Amanah Vacations," "we," "us," or "our") is a tour operator based in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico, offering curated travel packages, day tours, and VIP travel experiences across the Riviera Maya and Yucatán Peninsula.

Amanah Vacations operates as a travel and tourism business based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Our federal tax registration (RFC) and Registro Nacional de Turismo (RNT) numbers are being processed and will be published here once they are issued.

2. Our Services

Amanah Vacations acts as a tour operator and, in some cases, as an intermediary that arranges and coordinates travel packages, day tours, transportation, accommodation, and related experiences with independent third-party service providers (including but not limited to hotels, villas, restaurants, park operators, boat and yacht operators, and activity guides).

Package and tour descriptions on our website, WhatsApp, and email communications are provided in good faith and describe the services as accurately as possible at the time of booking. Minor variations in itinerary, timing, or provider may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once (a) you have completed payment (in full or the required deposit) through our website checkout, and (b) you have received a confirmation message from us via email or WhatsApp. Until confirmed, no service is guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including the number of travelers, ages of children, dates, and any special requirements. Amanah Vacations is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

What Every Booking Confirmation Includes

• The specific services included in your package or tour
• Total price and currency (MXN and/or USD equivalent)
• Travel dates and, where applicable, the minimum group size required
• Applicable cancellation terms (see Section 5)
• Payment terms, including any deposit and remaining balance schedule

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise noted, with approximate USD conversions shown for convenience only. The MXN price is the price actually charged; currency conversion is not a fixed exchange rate guarantee.

Payments are processed securely through our website's checkout system. We do not store your full payment card details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how payment-related data is handled.

Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid. Once confirmed, the price shown on your confirmation is the price you will be charged, except where additional services are added afterward at your request.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following refund schedule applies, based on how far in advance of your scheduled service (tour date or trip start date) we receive your cancellation request:

Any payment processing fees and payment-repayment fees charged to Amanah Vacations by our payment provider will be deducted from the refunded amount in all cases where a refund is issued.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to the contact details in Section 17. The time of cancellation is calculated from the moment we receive and confirm your request, not from when you first attempt to contact us.

Force Majeure Cancellations

Where a tour or service cannot proceed due to circumstances covered under Section 11 (Force Majeure) — such as hurricanes, tropical storms, or official closures by Mexican authorities — the standard refund tiers above do not apply. In these cases, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling your activity or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected service.

Third-Party and Deposit-Based Services

Where a specific package, add-on, or accommodation is booked through a third-party provider with its own cancellation policy (for example, certain hotels, parks, or special-event experiences), that provider's cancellation policy will apply to that specific portion of your booking, and we will inform you of those terms before you confirm.

6. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to change your travel dates, group size, or selected package after booking, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible, particularly with less than 48 hours' notice or for date-specific third-party services.

Transferring a booking to a different person is not permitted without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain activities and experiences booked through Amanah Vacations — including but not limited to helicopter tours, yacht excursions, third-party parks (such as Xcaret, Xel-Há, and Xplor), specific hotel properties, and independently operated tours — are provided by third-party operators who are not employees or agents of Amanah Vacations.

Amanah Vacations facilitates the booking, coordination, and communication of these services on your behalf, but each third-party provider is independently responsible for the safe and proper delivery of their own service. Where a service fails to be delivered as agreed due to a third-party provider's own fault, Amanah Vacations will assist you in seeking a resolution or refund from that provider in good faith, consistent with our obligations as an intermediary under applicable Mexican tourism regulation.

8. Adventure & Physical Activities

Some experiences offered by Amanah Vacations — including but not limited to cenote swimming and diving, snorkeling, ATV and zipline activities, yacht and boat excursions, and helicopter tours — involve inherent physical risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, even when conducted safely and professionally.

By booking any such activity, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept these inherent risks. You confirm that you (and any minors in your care) are in adequate health to safely participate, and you agree to follow all safety instructions given by guides, operators, and staff at all times.

9. Halal Standards

Where Amanah Vacations describes a restaurant, chef service, or accommodation as "halal-certified" or "halal-friendly," this reflects information provided to us by the relevant venue or provider and our own reasonable efforts to verify it. We encourage guests with specific religious dietary requirements to communicate them directly to us prior to booking so we can confirm current certification status with the provider.

10. Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time at designated pickup points; guides may apply a reasonable waiting period, after which the service may proceed without you.
• Carry valid identification for yourself and any travelers in your group where required for a specific activity.
• Ensure minors in your care are supervised at all times during activities.
• Treat guides, staff, and other travelers with respect. Amanah Vacations reserves the right to refuse or end service, without refund, in cases of dangerous, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

11. Force Majeure

Amanah Vacations is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, port or park closures, civil unrest, or similar events. In such cases, Section 5 (Force Majeure Cancellations) applies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Mexican law, Amanah Vacations' liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect any right or protection that cannot be excluded or limited under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor or other applicable Mexican law.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, and content on the Amanah Vacations website are the property of Amanah Vacations or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By booking with us, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor and applicable regulations of the Secretaría de Turismo. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication with our team. As a Mexican consumer, you retain your right to file a complaint with PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) at any time; nothing in these Terms limits that right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
